I think the poor reviews have this place mixed up with somewhere else. Min and Yura are excellent hairdressers and are busy all the time because they are so good. I have been going to them for 10 years. The price is very reasonable and they do a fantastic job. I try other places occasionally and no one comes close.

I’ve had my hair cut by Min multiple times, and at least for me he knows his hair and is a perfect fit ! Reasonable price, good cut and friendly !

Min and Yura are both lovely and helpful people. I’ve been here twice and I’ve left the salon feeling very satisfied. Yura is professional and knowledgeable. She is the only person that I trust with my hair now. She always takes her time and doesn’t rush even when she has other clients to work with. I have received so many compliments about my hair. ❤️ I highly recommend them!

I regularly get my hair washed & blowdried at many salons and pay around $55.Today I tried Lux which charged $75 which honestly I don’t mind paying however I didn’t receive any kind of head massage during the wash and was not offered tea/water. The salon interior/ atmosphere was not fancy or calming. The end result was nice but average.Like I said I’m happy to pay above average prices but I expect to receive above average experience and results.

Yura styled my hair. Even if it was short, she still gave it a different style. I was very happy with it. They are very friendly and love their hair products too. Price was very reasonable.

My Husband took our little 8 year old girl for a hair cut, just basic trim, no wash, no styling, less than 10mins, he charged them $50.My husband goes there to have his hair cut and colour every second months in the last two years, very loyal customer, but they still charge him ridiculous price. Won't go there anymore, bye Lux hair.

I ordered items from their online store 20th Feb. I called to see where goods are , and was told on their way, still nothing received.called 5 times and emailed & messaged no response.. next step NSW fair trading .This shouldn’t be happening
