This is the best furniture store I have ever had dealings with. They went above and beyond to help us with long term storage and a last minute order change. The delivery was seamless and the furniture is beautiful . Thank you Stacey and Mark for your continued help, you were both very professional, friendly and helpful, both in store and over the phone.

Received damaged couch. Took them a month to fix it. Even then they couldn’t fix it properly. Attached photos of it damaged. It’s still in wrapping that it came with.

Although we like our purchases, we had quite a negative experience at James Lane Logan and their customer service telephone operator in NSW.In store, we were lied to about when a sale was ending. We subsequently placed our order online, and a wrong product was sent and an item was missing.I’ve emailed and called about the issues but haven’t received a response.

Super friendly staff that were very helpful in helping me look for what I wanted. Not only did I find the most softest and comfortable lounge, I received nearly $1000 off the price by purchasing a second item of my choosing... a Sherpa lined knitted throw (valued at $79 but discounted to $59)which will complement my brand new lounge.. Drop on in and see Stacy, she has been there since the store opened, she knows all the products, and will find you a great deal!

Bought a $4000 lounge from this store where one section was faulty and the seating and foam starting collapsing after only 4 months. An ugly sight. The customer service agents at head office are a nightmare to deal with. So much for “customer service”. Not only is the communication difficult with having to speak to multiple team members back and forth and not the head manger him or herself, they refuse to send the replacement lounge out if you have moved address. Be careful before dropping thousands on a new lounge with a company that has no real customer service. This review is directed towards James Lane managers as a whole a not a reflection of the Logan store team as such.

From going into the store and being helped by Melanie to the delivery boys the whole experience was 5 stars. Excellent customer service and ease of payment. Keep up the good work. Will definitely be buying from James Lane again.

We had such a great experience with the staff at the Logan store! Katrina served us originally and was so amazing. After that Mark looked after our order as we were delayed in being able to take delivery of our couch. Mark was so incredibly helpful and had outstanding customer service. Couldn’t recommend this store more!

Such great service, we had Stacey who helped us pick what we needed and arrange getting it delivered the day we wanted. She was fantastic!

Mark was very helpful and patient. He was very informative and did a great deal. The only problem was choosing the style and colours. We will be back.
