We bought a Samsung tablet today from Adam, at this store. We were only looking and hadn't planned on buying today, but Adam was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful plus we were happy with the price, we decided to get it now. He set it up for us with the apps etc we needed and was very patient answering all our queries. I wish all salespersons, particularly tech stuff, were like Adam, he really takes the stress out of it for us older customers.

I just want to give a big shout out to the staff at Harvey Norman Maclean.I purchased a Google Chrome Cast last Friday.I didn’t have any luck tuning it in on my tv in my caravan.Today my friends and I took my tv and Chrome cast in to the shop.The young man there was so helpful he tuned it in for us no problem.I cannot express how grateful I am to this young man and his assistant for helping us.We came back and plugged in the tv no problem everything works.I cannot speak highly enough of these staff members for their help.We will certainly enjoy our trip more thanks to their help.

Forced myself to purchase a phone charger here because no other store in Maclean has the correct one. Do not support Gerry Harvey but needs must on this occasion. That said the sales person was pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately I will not be returning to this store again after my recent experience. The customer service from the store was incredibly poor and the staff seemed to lack training on the products available in the store. I dealt with the store over a course of a few weeks and each time I went into the store and made contact with them about the products ordered including an issue with my order, I became more and more dissatisfied with the service received. It is a real shame as we are lucky to have a store like Harvey Norman in a town like Maclean but in future I will be using Harvey Norman Coffs Harbour who have always been exceptional.

Bought a tablet from them recently, the service was excellent , had troubles with my tablet ,thay couldn't do enough for me, Josh was very polite, and knew what he was doing , great service .
