Hard to describe what I think of the service provided by this company. They were absolutely tin-eared through Covid. They have now cost us late fees with ASIC because they couldn't inform us that they had received our annual review documents. They would have received an initial reminder which they chose not to inform us about either. Surely a courtesy email could not have hurt. Extremely disappointing.
