Have been going here for many years, still get served the best produce around the area with very reasonable pricing.

I really am sure that no one could find meat as good as you can have in entire australia, if you want the best meat in australia, just go there, they listen to you, they put word on your order and they make sure you r happy, i know the managers for a very long time, family business, neat and polite, just go there,

I have been shopping here for 6 years now. The service is excellent. The meat has always been high quality ( rump steak, legs of lamb, beef mince are my staples). Prices are really competitive and cheaper than Pendle Hill meat market which l use as a comparison…. Woolies and Coles are not even worth comparing. It’s great to support a local business where you feel welcomed and your business is appreciated.

Always friendly and helpfulI have been buying goat and lamb meat now for over 8 years and have never had a problem, I admire their tenacity still being there when all around is being developed. Great meat and great service.

The first thing about a good butchery is selling fresh high quality meat. It doesn't matter if it costs more as long as it's fresh. I've been buying from this shop few times and recently I saw green and rotten meat ( beef curry and lamb curry specially and some of the giblets as well). It's unprofessional if you charge your customers a lot for that kind of meat. Lamb curry also has lots of fat. Won't buy again from them.

Worst experience everI can’t even give one star to this butchery at all!! We bought koobideh( minced meat) from this shop to BBQ for 10 people. When we placed it on fire it’s smoke was smelling something weird. We were suspicious and tried a bit of that. We were really shucked as it was something mixed with meat.. something like glass. Couldn’t say it was sand cause I had an experience before and I can definitely say it was glass. I also tried a pice if uncooked meat to make sure it’s all over the meat and not just a pice of that. Long story short we end up to eat crackers and snacks as it was too late to get take away food. How embarrassing and shucking experience. One of my guest was pregnant and thanks God we didn’t serve our guests with this rubbish. It could end up with serious problems specially with someone who is pregnant.Unfortunately when I informed the owner/manager about it she was so relaxed and offered me to give my money back. She is so unprofessional and irresponsible about her business and customer’s health. Our dinner party was ruined but it could cause more damage and impact. Do not recommend this butcher to anyone.

Worst service and attitude, takes orders over the phone and does not even start the order till you are there. You then join the queue, but won't say this while taking the order.

Kefta was rubbish. I would not feed this garbage to my dog!!! It crumbled to mince when trying to cook on the skewer and had ao much water come out of it i thought a tsunami had hit me. Prices were through the roof too. I would rather kill myself than spend my hard earned money there again.

This place needs to seriously change its name. Hills Quality? Far from it . This has to be the most dirtiest butcher in all of Sydney. Do not go here. The old lady behind the counter smells so bad, doesn't use gloves, and makes up prices on the spot. I have been a couple of times, hoping it was a 1 off as I'm a local, it wasn't the neat was almost green. Do yourself a favour and don't go here.

The best quality. The fact that they prepare and cut the meat front of you shows they don't buy meat in box. Everything is so fresh and reasonably priced
