I recently appointed Sarah as the property manager and well before the apartment was advertised for rent Sarah took the time to provide us with valuable advice which was extremely helpful. She was so thorough and helpful throughout the whole process with great communication. Sarah is nothing but professional and made sure we secured a great tenant. She had our best interests at heart. Outstanding service. After a bad experience with previous agents, property management was privatised. We then had serious accidental damage from tenants who refused to pay for damages or even co-operate with tradespeople who were sent to fix the issue.We found Sarah and she took control of the situation, despite not being responsible for the property or the tenants when the damage was caused.Sarah took over all the details, helped with the insurance claim, assisted with a legal tussle, and found new and better tenants at a better pricepoint. She did not have to help with any of this, but she did!Highest reccomendation for SIX STAR service :)

Don't believe all the bad reviews. Jemma and Sarah done an amazing job throughout my nearly 3 year tenancy with them. After having surgery and no longer working and being able to pay rent, the team at Priority Properties went above and beyond to help me as much as possible during my time of need and i am very grateful to both Jemma and Sarah! highly recommend to anyone looking for a easy to get along with Real Estate company who are seem to jump through hoops for their tenants!
