I ordered a MTM pressure gun and accessories from these guys . Within a minute or two of placing my order I had a phone call from Nick at the Detailing Shed who wanted to make sure the equipment I had at home would match my purchase for fitment . This was the ultimate customer service and very much appreciated, giving me peace of mind with my purchase. Nick was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and we discussed other products available at the store.Whilst still on the phone Nick informed me my order had already been filled and picked up by a courier, confirming with a email sent to me.Highly recommended these guys as very efficient and professional and will help with any advice or questions as needed . The Detailing Shed is the most reliable and well stocked supplier I have come across. Living in a Rural area means I often wait 2 weeks for delivery for other suppliers, but The Detailing Shed ALWAYS has my order here within 2-3 days. They stock the best brands and when I forgot to add an item to my order after payment they were fast to reply and adjust (within the hour) and it didn’t hold up delivery. Thanks guys!!!

Purchased from Detailing shed a few times now...Competitive prices, always prompt with delivery and very impressed with the extra care taken in packing the order. The lids and caps on bottles were taped, and package filled with bubble wrap to prevent damage during shipping!Noticed the invoice/packing sheet had ticks" next to every item (guessing to confirm that every item is packed)

Also, I really like that all the products they have on their website are the ones they use.You can tell Nick (the owner) takes pride in his business because he is very attentive and appreciate of his customers. They have a comprehensive range of quality products that are far superior, to what is available at your typical big box automotive store.Quick and prompt delivery, that's well packaged.Can't highly recommend Nick enough. Excellent customer service, communication and support.

We've ordered about $1500 or so worth of stuff over three or four orders in the past couple of months... every order has been here within a day or two and spot on every time. They use mostly recyclable paper for packing rather than foam/plastic too which is nice :)

Recently purchased a dryer blower and ceramic coating from this website and I must say, the whole experience was perfect. Delivery was quick (2-3 days after purchase). Nick has great communication and is willing to give you advice on the products you buy if you needed help. Products came in perfect condition.
