I have ordered from Nextrend a few times over the past few months. I love their products as they are perfect for full exposure outdoors and are practical & elegant in their design. We have had damaged chairs twice due to mishandling of the freight companies, but new ones were sent within 24hrs. Nothing was an issue.They are prompt, and coutreous on correspondence and delivery, and I would recommend them. I will be ordering through them again.

Extremely happy with the service & communication received by the whole team. The products received were of very good quality/standard and Next Trend were very responsive to the receipt of a defective product, sending through a replacement immediately.
