I had a fantastic experience at the Leica store in Chadstone. Carla and Jonathan were so friendly and helpful in guiding me in purchasing my first Leica camera, and the store and coffee were lovely.

Our purchase of our latest Leica camera had been a great experience, with Dan and Carla’s assistance, we were able to choose the most suitable camera for our needs. Dan was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process including post sale device, we were able to go back with all queries regarding function etc…

Dan has an amazing depth of knowledge about Leica. Even though I am both a film and digital Leica shooter, there's much to learn from this fine gentleman. Lin too went above and beyond. Keep up the great work team at Leica Chadstone!

While I didn't buy anything here, I REALLY loved the experience. Super friendly staff, loved the chat with Carla. I am a Sony user, however I am more drawn now to the unique designs Leica has available. Very nice interior as well, great presence and presentation.Great coffee also.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and their store was well-presented and clean.I liked how the staff were happy to discuss all things photography and were knowledgeable about the industry as well as their products. They even offered me a coffee, and after telling them I'm a crazy non-coffee drinker were quick to offer caffeine alternatives to accomodate me!Whilst the Leica equipment is impressive, there is also a great range of camera accessories with top brands that compliment the high quality the store upholds.Overall, a great experience from this store whose staff are clearly passionate about the brand. I wouldn't hesitate to be back!

I have been dealing with the Leica chadstone store for a few years now for my purchases as well as warranty claims. The 2 people that stand out are Cornelius and Jonathan. Always a warm welcome and an offer for coffee. Dealing with a cheerful team who is always ready to listen and accommodate my needs is an absolute pleasure and a rare quality. I have been very impressed with the level of knowledge and experience of both Cornelius and Jonathan in recommending products and providing great after sales service.I cannot recommend them highly enough. So when you’re in chadstone next even if buying a Leica is not on your radar yet I would recommend you to visit their store for a friendly chat and a coffee along with trying out some of the legendary Leica products.

This is my second time visit Leica brand in Melbourne and it is absolutely perfect. The staff Jonathan and Dmitry are so professional and really kind to me. And the coffee was amazing.Especially they never push me to purchase, they took a long time for helping me choose the exactly right things which suit for myself. So really appreciate their service and love to come back anytime!

I purchased a (rarely) defective Q2M from another store and it was their last in stock. The team at Leica Chadstone changed it over for me with a new one they had in stock late on a Saturday even though I didn't make the purchase from them - great service. They expertly installed the protective screen on both my Q2M and SL2-S. Staff are always helpful, great to have a chat with, and make great coffee!
