Qpaw Pet Grooming

Claudia was very professional and accommodating with our 5 month old cavoodle puppy going for his first groom. He was hyper and dislike being touched on his face but Claudia managed to give him a beautiful groom nonetheless ! Pricing is very reasonable and high recommended !

I recently had Claudia groom both my samoyeds as they were shedding and needed some love.The communication, service to me as the owner was 10/10.The grooming was amazing, and teh dogs came home looking like they were ready for a show, absolute perfection and couldn't recommend Claudia highly enough.Glad i have found you and looking forward to bringing the dogs back.Arthur

We took our pomeranian cross to Qpaw for the first time and the groomer whilst friendly seemed to misunderstand what we wanted for our pup. Our pomeranian naturally has an undercoat and a beautiful long coat and before the groom we mentioned we wanted a full body trim of about a couple cm, trim around the ears and trim around the bottom.When we arrived and picked him up we were in sort of disbelief of what the groomer had done, which was to completely shave off his coat except the head, and leaving just his undercoat and also shaving the base of his tail??????We communicated with the groomer and they had told us that they had misunderstood what we said and thought a full body trim meant a full shave and that we should’ve mentioned that we wanted a scissor cut instead.Mind you we haven’t had this experience or misunderstanding of a “full groom and trim” at other groomers before. We’ve never had our pomeranian be shaved like that before. And researching now, poms are NOT meant to be shaved like this and I’ll be gutted if his fur never grows back the same wayThese are just some photos of the before and after.PLEASE be cautious of this groomer, they don’t seem experienced at all when it comes to pomeranians!!!!

Claudia is very friendly and looked after my anxious pup like it was her own. She made us feel welcome as soon as we got there and made sure to ask the right questions to ensure we got the groom we wanted. My pup came back looking like a super star and smelt lovely.Claudia kept me up to date throughout the groom via text messages and her prices are very fair. I would definitely recommend Qpaw grooming and will be coming back for future visits.

Last night was my 2nd trip to QPaw for my Spoodle. Max was bit anxious in his first trip and Claudia was so gentle with him and when he came out, Max not only looked awesome he was very happy. Last night’s experience is the same! I will be taking my groodle and the cat in the coming days.I would strongly recommend Claudia for her professional and personal care to your pets needs!
