Outstanding business. Very passionate owner who takes a lot of pride in their work and has great attention to detail. The natural products they use are excellent. Minimal smell. The strong extraction leaves the couch close to dry, and only a few hours on a cool day to be dry, with no noticeable cleaning product odour. The couch looks great, almost like new.

Rod is an absolute professional with excellent knowledge. He removed all the urine smells and stains my puppy had left on the carpet and then came back to steam clean after a couple weeks. Exceptionally happy and will use Rod again.

Rod from Chem-Dry Best Dry was very punctual and made my rugs look even better than when I first bought them!! They are wool rugs and I was afraid of the colours running but Rod did an excellent job and they look amazing. Great service, amazing attitude and very helpful!

Rod was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The treatment for pet urine was effective in eliminating the smell and he gave me some good information about my carpet and how to clean and maintain it. I'll be sure to book again when I need any carpet cleaning.

I have natural fiber area rugs (jute, cotton and wool) that are very sensitive to chemicals and moisture. I didn't know this until Rod explained his cleaning protocol and set expectations up front before starting the work.He was super friendly, focused on the details and was helpful with advice about rug care. My rugs dried super fast and are looking so fresh and clean - he was even able to get a couple of stains out that were making one of them look pretty grotty!Thanks Rod, will certainly be calling you again for my annual rug clean.
