As a mental health facility you'd expect more thanwhat I had received.This practice did not call to tell me they were full andnot accepting clients and to look elsewhere leavingme thinking they are yet to call with an appt(admitted they had seen my referral too and it waspopped aside to look at later) you may think that'snot a big deal BUT the other places recommendedand refured did call and apologise / explain theirbooks.It was also not a nice call with the receptionist tellingme They don't have to tell people they are full andnot accepting

This guy is a hack, he has no understanding of duty of care. Thanks to him I ended up in hospital.
