Paul was very thorough. He came when he said he would, looked over everything including under the house, in the large workshop, in the roof, etc. He even had a chat with me about areas of concern on the day and provided rough costings of fixes that were needed. This helped us to feel more confident in what we were getting ourselves into. I would definitely recommend him.

I can't recommend Paul enough. He was always quick to respond to emails and remarkably quick to do the inspection and turn around the report for us. Paul was very thorough and provided us a comprehensive details on the property so we were able to commit to buying it, understanding what we were taking on. I've already recommended Paul to friends of mine and would use him again in a heartbeat.

Due to Covid travel restrictions my partner and I bought a house from interstate. Paul's building inspection services came highly recommended to us and after engaging Paul to do an inspection we could see why. Paul and his company Building Evaluate were fantastic. I contacted Paul on a Friday about arranging a pre purchase inspection for a property we were interested in buying, and he was able to complete the inspection the following Wednesday. We received a comprehensive report which highlighted a couple of things we had not noticed when. We viewed the property. Would highly recommend Paul and Building Evaluate
