Exceptionally poor communication.I ended a tenancy on 28 Dec and requested a bond release. They rejected the release and are refusing to provide any details at all as to what they are claiming so that we can move forward with the process. I have called and emailed without any response for over a month. Keep getting told by reception thatKaitlin Scott is out of the office and that they don’t know the mobile phone number. Emails have gone completely unanswered.

Selling͏ Family Home of 60+ yearsWe would highly recommend both Adam and Reval Real Estate for their outstanding efforts and assistance in selling our family home of 60+ years.Adam was very helpful and up front with all that is entailed to selling the family home of 60+ years, giving us all the options on what will happen and how to go about things, including whether to sell or rent in the current fiscal climate.We had the options of how much everything was going to cost up front and that we can choose between times to best promote our house and even took time to ring and explain the information to the siblings about what was best options for us. Using the online auction was different, but also interesting to see how people went about putting in their bids.
