Fernvale Produce Mitre 10

This store never fails to disappoint me. Why I come back, I don't know. A particular staff member, I would suggest needs a clear guideline as to what keeps small businesses open - customer service. Having someone turn up everyday does not make them a good employee. I won't be back.

The team at Fernvale miter 10 are always incredibly friendly when you go in there for a purchase.Unfortunately they don't often have some of the things I need, So this is to be expected because as a society we've become used to the incredible spread of items available at larger stores like Bunnings.This isn't to say that Fernvale Miter 10 is bad, In fact, they stock a decent amount of things that you need for every day hardware.They just a little bit lacking in speciality items.Either way, every time I've gone in there for common items, they have had what I need.The team have always been friendly, and I've never had issues with parking on site.

Such a wide range of products beyond building products and materials. Pet and produce and BBQ gas refill.

Do I love this shop yes.Does it have everything I need? Yes.Do I drive an hour to get everything I need in 1 spot? YesDo I HATE the customer service? 1000%.My partner and I go in & always do a large purchase around $500.00. Everytime the vibe is horrible, they act like you're an inconvenience.Standard customer service: Hi, how are you (with a smile). Is this everything or was there anything else I could assist with? Fantastic. Have a lovely rest of your day.Everyone just grunts at you or the ones that don't look like they will. I have shopped here multiple times and hoped I was having a bad day, or being sensitive, but when my partner goes with me and confirms it's not just me, then we have issues.Maybe contact Mitre10 jimboomba & see how good their customer service is. You could learn a thing or 2. Reason I come here is for the produce store which Jimboomba mitre10 don't have.I Will remove this review if I see an improvement. There is usually a reason why people act like this, either OWNER or MANAGER or lack of management/expectations. Maybe not adressing the bad behaviour of staff?Also does anyone read the reviews and address them? Agree, the older female lady has attitude as per the other complaints about her. If the owner is nice & has issue putting staff in place or setting some rules in place, get me in and I'll fix the problem for you. Having managed and lead many teams myself bad attitude doesn't scare me.

Great service. Even though they were locking up still opened the shop up to serve us with a smile. Would definitely recommend and return again

My husband and I i went into the Fernvale Mitre10 2 days ago to look around. We asked an older female worker a question in regards to the product we wanted and we were met with attitude and arrogance!! Mitre10 needs to re-train their staff at Fernvale! From now on, we will not be contributing to the Fernvale branch. We will be going to Lowood! All of the staff there are very polite and we were greeted by all staff as we walked past. We will definitely be telling family and friends NOT to go to the Fernvale Mitre10

Great prices and a surprisingly large range of products for a store that is so far from any major town. Helpful and pleasant staff make the whole experience enjoyable.

Shop there today and asked a older female staff, the way she assisted us felt like we are a disturbance. No smile and the way she responded to my husband sounded a bit rude. Will try to avoid going there from now on.

WONDERFULL! The customer service was SOOO good, Mark and the team are such wonderful humans along with is son (i think) helping the business, They had everything I needed plus they had FISH!
