Wot a joke! Rude service! Absolutely shcoking

My car window jammed the week before Christmas. I took it to Bosch Car Service - Franks Auto Electrics & Air Conditioning who inspected my car and advised I needed a new switch. The swich was ordered from Melbourne and arrived 2 days later. Window fixed with no fuss. They were fast and responsive Thank you

Visited this place as it was recommended by another auto electrician from a nearby suburb. He advised that I speak to Wayne, however the lady (Tracy/Tracey) at the front desk mentioned that he was unavailable that day.When she was made aware of the issue with my vehicle, she spoke to one of the mechanics in the workshop and it was driven in to the workshop to be checked out.There was a brief wait while the vehicle was being looked at and it was determined that a part needed to be replaced. There was a minimal charge for the diagnostic check to be carried out on the vehicle. They then also provided a quotation which included the cost for the part and for it to be fitted in the vehicle. The turn around time to order the particular part was 2 days.The entire experience lasted around an hour and was carried out very efficiently.⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went to Frank's auto today with a trailer brake issue. We were leaving the next day and the lady at reception was amazing doing everything to squeeze me in. When I got there Wayne talked me through everything. The guys on the floor were awesome in walking me through everything too. My dad used to go and see Fank in the 80's and always spoke highly of him and the service. Well done to Wayne and the team of keeping a great service going. I really appreciated the help today

I can't fault these guys. After taking our car to a different mechanic 4 times in 2 weeks and the same issue still arriving, I took it to Bosch Frank's auto electrical. The customer service was outstanding; the repairs were completed, the one on one communication with the mechanic was tremendous!!!! You pay for quality parts and repairs and that's exactly what you receive. I will be referring family and friends to them for what they have provided us with is just top notch!!!!

Excellent service,car taken in for something completely different, as another company had told me the problem but they wrong, Owner took my car in workshop (after hours) and called me with diagnosis of what the problem was,let these magician s work thier magic keeping me up to date at every step which turned out to be faulty wiring in 4 places caused by a mouse,The faults were rectified ,cleared and repaired and still within budget, A big thank you to all involved Very highly recommended,

Had a flashing light issue with the Super Select 4x4 system. Spoke to the friendly receptionist, who relayed my call to Wayne. And were able to squeeze my car that same day, which I appreciated, diagnosed the faults and restored the system. Gave me a printed diagnostic read out. The car runs so much better now, and the flashing light issue hasn't returned. I highly recommend Wayne and the courteous team at Frank's Auto Electrical in Salisbury. For any electrical problem your car may have. Their professionalism and more than reasonable price is a no brainer. Thanks Wayne and to all the staff involved, in fixing my issues with my car. Definitely try them first on any electrical problem your car may have, you won't be disappointed.

Fixed problem without the stress. Had problem diagnosed. Expected to have to order parts in & return to repair another day. Was luck enough to get parts & repairs done same day. Busy efficient workshop.

Excellent service. Highly recommended. Had my Starter motor and radiator replaced. Reasonably priced, same day service. I will be back for my car service and all future repairs.
