What a great night learning about and seeing nebulas and planets of our solar system. Kids loved it and we'll so did we (the parents). Well worth sticking around til the end.

Free stargazing tour on every Friday run by groups of very passionate volunteers! Had been to a few stargazing tours but this is quite amazing!

Woomera Observatory
Highly recommended for anyone but especially if you have children travelling with you. This fantastic facility is operated by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable couple who deserve a donation if you visit. Make sure you wear something warm it can get chilly.
