Amanda was so lovely patient and helpful today. Walked in to just have a look and walked out with the most stunning pair of shoes. Highly recommend stopping here first before going anywhere else to look for shoes

Wonderful service with really helpful understanding staff.I always buy Jo Mercer & love their shoes. I had a rare quality issue with a pair I bought recently. The staff were incredibly helpful even though I didn’t have exactly the evidence I needed. Very grateful for their understanding instead of a “too bad” response.The woman who helped me had recently started with the company (very sorry I don’t know her name) and is a super valuable asset.Would always recommend Jo Mercer and this store in particular.

I got a pair shoes which looks very nice but unfortunately they are very uncomfortable to wear as it is giving me tear at my back and swollen legs at the front due to squeeze,when we went to return them the lady at the counter she is so rude and saying no we can't exchange them, at least she is not bothering what happened why you are thinking to return? very bad customer service,if you don't want to exchange that fine but at least listen to people wat they are saying and behave properly.

The staff told me second pair is 50% off today while official website still shows 70% off. They were so sure to state 70% is not available in store and this discount already ended yesterday before checking anything. I asked if they can do price match they didn’t accept it as well. I called Canberra centre store and they confirmed today is still 70%. Though I was given 70% off as advertised, I had an unhappy shopping experience since as a customer, I had to check the offer by myself and one of staff shoes unpleasant attitude to me as well. Anyway shoes are very comfortable and sold in a reasonable price.
