This is my first time here in Marrickville Metro and its a beautiful place but…. this kmart has a problem. A lady named ZARA questioned me 3 times for the reasons for my return of my item. I have never had someone in kmart asking me for the reasons for returning my items at all. Super rude and racist lady.

Top marks to a great store and excellent staff. I would like to give a shout out to the service desk staff who, about 3.15 today (Saturday), dealt with a foul person with calmness, grace and courtesy. This woman believed she was entitled to have two people running around to find her a trolley and/or help her get her purchases to her car. (Perhaps the apocalyptic rain event happening at the time had something to do with why the trolley collectors were unable to keep them stocked to your liking, Karen.) When offered the opportunity to drive her car to the loading dock to collect her items, her retort was to question why 'their service issue had become her problem'. Meanwhile, others were kept waiting in the queue. The nerve of it. You reckon spending $300 (originally you said $200 but hey) gives you the right to behave like that? You are NO more important than someone who spent $3. Wake up to yourself.

I always end up wasting immense amount of time when I visit a Kmart store. Three times in a row I’ve gone to this store with the website saying the item is in stock but the store staff can never find it. Something somewhere is very wrong with the way Kmart stores are operated. Massive waste of time, the savings you make on the well priced products is just not worth the amount of time you waste trying to get what you need. Extremely disappointed today and really tested my patience.

I don't usually give 5 stars but this was out of this world... Didn't have the heater I was looking for and we're sold out of thermal undies but I got an awesome Chicago Bulls T Shirt. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Kmart in Marrickville Metro on a Thursday night, close to 9pm. Helpful information was received by all employees regarding the outdoor setting I was after and the process was smooth and hassle-free. A special mention to Louie; this young gentleman seemed to be restocking / on returns and did not appear to be 'customer facing' as to speak but went out of his way to help me. Not only was he willing to check internal systems of other stock availability, but even ran to grab me a tape measure so I could judge a couple of dimensions, all in the space of 2 minutes. It is thanks to people like him that make retail shopping enjoyable

Incredibly rude service. Unable to try underwear over your clothes at Kmart due to COVID????? A bit confused as to why this is the only thing you can’t try on. Tried to clarify this with multiple different staff members who were unwilling to help, specifically Richard. Adam the manager never even bothered to come down but then clarified over the phone to the only friendly service member after she called him twice in 15 minutes that surprisingly yes women are allowed to try on clothes at this store and that underwear are not still the primary form of covid spreading.

Since I can't write a review on a product, do not buy the chew resistant pet bed... that didn't last a day not even 5 hours. False advertising waste of $42, went by the reviews thought it would be worth a shot

Kmart Store located in: Marrickville Metro Shopping Centre is one of the big Kmart stores in the area ,the store is well presented, one of the better Kmart stores I have visited, it has some nice colour coordinated pieces of clothing selling at a reasonable prices .both for men and ladies as well as for children, recommended for shopping if you are on low budget.
