Extremely happy with our Banana Home lounge and the whole experience. We purchased the cosy cloud lounge and it is the most comfortable lounge I have ever sat on. Would recommend it to all my friends and family.

I am extremely happy with this couch that I purchased. It was very helpful that i did not need to pay for the couch until I received the delivery. The couch matched the description and example photos.However, i was very disappointed that you had to pay cash for the couch to avoid 5% surcharge to pay by card. We live in the 21st century and getting whacked with a surcharge for paying by card leaves a very sour taste in your mouth. It would be great if companies moved with the times.Communication around delivery times/eta was a bit poor, I had to follow up 3 or 4 times to see where the driver was and when I should expect them. It would have been handy to have a clearer window of delivery time. It makes it hard when you are expected to wait at home all day waiting for the delivery.The delivery drivers were extremely friendly and helpful and carried the couch upstairs for us. I really appreciated the fact that when they were running late, they offered to deliver the couch after hours. It's great to see companies not sticking to the traditional 9AM - 5PM hours of operation.

Ordered the couch and shipping was meant to be delivered 2 weeks ago. I have called and emailed and no one had contacted me to confirm my couch or delivery. I’m starting to think that this place is a scam, I have called 3 days in a row and no one has called me back. I’ve called over 30 times.

Initially, there were few issues regarding communication, manufacturing status, and shipping status/delays.However, once I emailed Banana Home about my concerns. I was contacted immediately, and all my issues had been sorted out promptly. I'm impressed with how they sorted my situation. I am excited to receive my new couch, hopefully soon.

Unfortunately the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Purchased at the beginning of March & was promised delivery a week later as they had floor stock in WA. Drove over 300kms to the delivery address (as we live remotely) and no couch arrived.Called, emailed & tried all forms of social media to be told they would reschedule delivery. Weeks went passed & finally heard back that they would deliver another couch as the original was “lost”. My delivery guy arrived only to be given a second hand couch with cigarette burn marks. Then was sent across Perth to another warehouse. Turns out when it arrived it was a completely different colour & fabric & now once again Banana Home are not replying to any forms of communication.Very disappointing!

We ordered a Baree 3.5 seater sofa from Banana Home and absolutely love the sofa. It's extremely comfortable and colour is exactly as shown on the website. We received a lot of compliments. We experienced a few hiccups with delivery. However, the customer service team was always available to answer any questions and sort things out. Very happy with the purchase.
