Some good doctors here, unfortunately getting an appointment with your doctor can take several weeks. I had 2 separate doc appointments, wasn't fussy about who it was with even, both were cancelled last minute leaving me with a need for urgent hospital visit. Used to be my family practice until covid and the segregation started, we will not return and take our family to the next town over. Some incredibly rude & unempathetic customer facing staff work here. They would rather send you to Victor Hospital and clog up the emergency department.

Absolutely disgusting that a patient concerned for her wellbeing attends your clinic to see a GP is spoken to so horrendously by the GP. He was disrespectful and dismissive of her health concerns which are quite serious. Her symptoms are clearly needing to be investigated and I am horrified that a GP would treat a patient this way. You should be ashamed of yourself.

My husband & I think this the best Medical Centre around. Everyone always so helpful, from reception, nurses station to the Doctors, can't fault them.

The Dr's who don't last here were incompetent to begin with, and the older permanent Dr's are becoming uncaring, abrupt and rude, eyes on the clock and dollar sign, throw you out the door basically once time is up, regardless of the fact I'd just had a panic attack, knowing full well the anxiety I suffer, and needed a moment, nope, just threw me out into a heap of people to stare at me. So done with this place.

Last minute cancelled appointments ie 3pm for 3.30pm ,told required last minute fasting blood tests prior to ecg last minute ie 36 hrs prior, faxed pathology tests not checked they have reached destination for last minute requests . One word - sloppy. Attitude of a certain receptionist re lost path faxed was too busy to help

rarely have a good experience with the front desk. walking in to “do you have a mask?” to which i was going to reply “no but i have an exemption for when i’m ill and a dollar coin for one now” but before i could get any words out i was bombarded with a sharp “well you need a mask, a mask is needed here. you need a mask” to which i just put a dollar coin in the tin for one and smiled. this was not the receptionist seeing me so i thought it was confrontational and rude.furthermore the lack of accountability shown by the blantant ignoring of reviews and complaints by the clinic is gross lack of care. the increase in medical rebates, is simply, a joke. with no increase in service or appointment availability’s there is no reason for an increase other than the supposed “rising business costs” which somehow warrant almost double the clinics previous prices.this will be ignored but hopefully it will prevent a new patient from choosing lacking and apathetic health care.

I have a fantastic doctor at this clinic but sadly even after making an appointment a month in advance it got cancelled last minute. I did manage to get an appt with the duty doctor (which I have tried to do on a number of occasions last week with a possible fracture. )So I decided (in conjunction with their nurse) that I would wait for today's appt. I am very disappointed at how rude the receptionist was I don't care that you made the appt a month ago" her exact words. Maybe they could offer their reception staff a customer service course so that they could offer empathetic responses to stressed

I find my GP to be professional and very friendly. The thoroughness of one Dr saved my husbands life. The nurses in treatment room friendly and capable. However trying to get appointment with your own dr at little notice is impossible and normal appointments can be weeks in advance. Duty drs however do a good job.

Two really good Drs here (Davidson and Czarnecki), a couple of pretty good and a few useless verging on terrible. Front end staff are generally really polite and helpful. All the nurses are really good. Unfortunately it can take 5 weeks to see one of your regular Drs. Stopped going due to the segregation over covid. We used to travel from Encounter Bay. Non inclusive to unvaccinated even though the real science tells you that the vaccine doesn't stop transmission. Bizarre. I personally think this is a very dangerous policy verging on illegal. Plenty of other surgeries in the surrounding suburbs which are easier to get in too and aren't discriminatory to vaccination status.
