I needed a service on my bike (not giant) and the staff were friendly and kept me updated on the status of my bike and it felt like new and at a reasonable cost...well done and thanx to the team at Giant at Southport

Really pleasant experience today getting my Talon 3. The guy who helped me out was really friendly and super helpful! Would definitely recommend anyone looking at buying a bike to drop in to the Southport store :)

I went in to buy a new chain for my bike and while waiting for their team member to grab it from the back, I browsed through some helmets. Walked out with a new chain and a new helmet. Overall, great experience with the sales team. No comment on bike service since I have not experienced it myself.

Got my dads bike tuned up after sitting in the garage a few years. Everything was done quickly and for a good price. Staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Hi Giant Gold CoastMy experience at your bycicle store was good, friendly service and informative, the only negative comment I can add is the waiting period on repairs, I had a single spoke replaced on my mountain bike wheel and it took two weeks to do the job. I was told that it would be quite a while to do the work as they were very busy. I suppose this bike store is popular so it gets busy but it would be really good if the bike mechanics had more assistance to get through there job's quicker.

Just had my trike serviced at Giant on Ferry road, Southport. The gentleman at the shop are professional, polite and friendly. The service they provided was prompt and I will certainly continue to avail myself of their services and highly recommended them to others.

Thanks for being so helpful fixing my bike today guys.The mechanic was very helpful and delivered a great job.I bought this same bike from Giant bikes Southport around 18 years ago and still love it today.I highly recommend getting your bike serviced or buy a brand new bike as I did from these guys.Thanks again.Regards Shaun
