Great team there, amongst all the Covid-19 restrictions the set-up is even better than expected. Well done. Swimming lessons professional and very easy for the children to understand. We love it.

I can't really comment on the facilities etc because my enquiries with them keep hitting a dead end. I approached this centre for assistance with a pre employment swim assessment for Tasmania Police. I contacted them via email because there are specific forms from the employer. After a few days I got a reply from Shayne saying they could help out and I called them back as requested. I mentioned the forms and previous email to the staff member on the phone who was completely unaware. No big deal, I just sent the email again while I was on the phone and they confirmed they received it. I was told they would get back to me the next day with a time, date and fee. They never did. Its been a few days again. A bit disappointing since what I need is fairly time sensitive. I'll have to go to Melbourne I guess. In summary, slow to respond when they actually do. Appear too busy.
