Agree with the other negative reviews. Awful experience. Rude, condescending, with zero compassion or empathy. I walked out of my appointment in tears from how this doctor made me feel. Would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Judgemental, threatening, arrogant, culturally biased misogynist who is happy to diagnose you within ten minutes of speaking to you with no doubt" in her mind what your diagnosis is. No curiousity about your own experience or observations of your own behaviour. Happy to go off the diagnosis given by other doctor from a single appointment. If you want to feel judged and belittled

Agree with the other bad reviews, rude, cold, clearly not interested in her profession. Horrible abuse of power when this is somewhere people struggling with their mental health turn to for help.

Michelle is an exceptional receptionist. Dr Naaz the psychiatrist is straight shooter - no beating around the bush business which can be intimidated for some but if you genuinely want help, she is impeccable!

This Doctor is wonderful. She has supported me through the last 6 years of hell with a Workers Compensation Case and we have now come out the other side. She is very direct yes but, she is also 100 percent supportive of her patients. Psychiatrists are not there for therapy, they are there to diagnose and medicate. That is why we only have 30 minute appointments. It saddens me that people expect to be 'counselled' by a doctor when that is not there role. She does have empathy though which is the most important part. Dr Naaz is great when you get to know her. I wouldnt recommend anyone else ever. Michelle is fabulous too on Reception.

I saw Dr Lubna Naaz when I was at my lowest and desperate for answers. She asked the usual questions about my history and mental health and a lot of her questions ended up being leading questions that I just agreed to because I was desperate for answers and not really quite sure what the answers were. She came to the conclusion that I had bipolar. I didn't feel that was right and brought up that I thought I had ADHD. She told me that I couldn't have Bipolar, adhd, anxiety and depression and that she could only medicate me for one of those things. It wasn't until I spoke to some people in the ADHD community that I found out you can have both Bipolar and Adhd and can be medicated for both, though I still do not believe she was correct in her diagnosis for me as I believe she did not get to know me well enough or care about anything I had to say. This was within a half an hour session. I left feeling confused and upset, but trusted that she was right. I felt in my gut that it was the wrong diagnosis though, and my family and friends all agreed that it did not make sense. I still went back for a follow up session, but still left feeling defeated and not listened to. I decided to look up her reviews online to see if I was the only person feeling this way after seeing her but was horrified by what I saw. So many reviews saying that they felt worse after leaving her office than they did before they went there, that she belittled and judged them, that she had culturally biased misogyny, which I think she relied on to make my diagnosis, some even saying they felt like ending their life. It was not just me that she diagnosed within 30 minutes with no doubt in her mind" about the diagnosis. These were all my experiences with this doctor.I stayed on the medication she prescribed for close to a year as I didn't know what to do and didn't have the money to seek out help from someone else. I never felt any different

Look, I was able to get an appointment pretty quick, but after the first time, its been downhill.I''ve had multiple appointments with Dr.Naaz and half the time I did not receive a call when my appointment was scheduled.I just assumed they were busy. Called an hour later and was immediately put through, spoke to her for less than 5 MINS. and she gave me another script but was advised to take double dosage and still charge for whatever the equivalent of $170 is. The script didn't arrive for 2 days.Wouldn't provide additional scripts so I have literally run out of meds a week before my next appointment TWICE.Both times I've called the office to advise and was told by reception the message would be passed on, only to have to wait 1-2 days for the script to arrive. You cant treat people with mental health issues like this, its literally not on.

God sent. That's how I describe Dr Lubna Naaz. I've been navigating (mostly drowning) the health care system for 8 years now. No one, I repeat, no one (!!!) EVER treated us with the respect, dignity, and compassion like she does. Dr Naaz is knowledgeable, methodical, and straight to the point. Rare qualities in a health professional nowadays. So let me be very clear and describe my experience with her, so others can judge for themselves: my partner lives with bipolar disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder. I am his carer. Let me remind you or let you know that one of Dr Naaz's specialisations is dealing with families. So on our very first appointment Dr Naaz asks my partner a series of questions to get to know him and understand where he is in his path to recovery. And then, the big surprise: she turns to me, the partner and carer and asks what MY perception of the same questions were. Look we are talking here about a mental health professional. Just keep that in mind when you read some of the reviews: who wrote it and under what circumstances. I thoroughly recommend Dr Naaz, and to me she is an angel. And also, let's be thorough, the experience begins at the reception: what a breath of fresh air is to be welcomed by the receptionist Michelle. If you want top notch treatment, that's the place to go.

This doctor should have her license revoked. I’ve never had any health professional speak to me the way she did. BEWARE if you have depression, anxiety STAY CLEAR OF HER! She yelled at me 5 minutes into the consultation on my first & only visit. I have ADHD diagnosed 20 years ago she didn’t believe me I told her to contact Hills Clinic to confirm this. I thought it maybe better to see a female psychiatrist as I’m going through menopause & thought she’d be understanding. All up my consultation was 15 minutes she billed Medicare for the FULL HOUR over $400! I’m now seeing my old psych at Hills Clinic better the devil you know than the one you don’t. Been through so much last few years bush fires, floods & floods again I didn’t need to be treated like I was utter dirt from this woman it was disgusting. I wish I had the strength to take my complaint further!

I seen Dr Naaz based on a recommendation from a friend and she did not disappoint. I was open to her suggestions and at the same time she was very considerate of my feelings and ideas.I experienced nothing in the way of hostility or the likes, she is there to work with, not against.Overall totally positive experience and am happy to go back for follow up appointments
