Wow...these guys are incredible! They fixed the dent in the side of my Honda and it's perfect. You would never know it was there. Their service was amazing (always responsive and no problems even after me changing the appointment twice). Tony and Damon were so courteous and the price was excellent. VERY happy.

Worst customer service i've ever experienced. Made a booking to look at my vehicle, rang the same morning to confirm, said he wont be there. Arranged another time and day to quote my vehicle, he turned up 30 mins late, no apology. Thought I give him 1 more chance, so I made a booking to have the repairs done the following week. I watched him enter all my details into his reminders on his phone. Turn up on the day, 9am on the dot, which is what we arranged, shop is still closed. Call him and he says he has no recollection or booking for me at all?!If you want customer service, this isn't your guy. Cant comment on his work, never got that far.I had to take time out of my work to do all this and never got one apology.Shouldn't be running a business.I'm guessing all the other 5 star reviews must be friends? If not, please tell me how you even got the work done?!
