Sydney West smash repairs. The guy goes by the name Oz. His name is Usman, the job was a cockup start to finish. I fixed most of it, but the biggest problems were he used low quality filler for whatever corrections they made and it shrunk back hugely. They bent my door where the handle attached, over spray all over my windows, didn't paint the shuts including my sunroof shut, and the biggest orange peal you ever saw. It took days of correction.I asked for left over paint to fix it myself, when I could have taken it back, but he couldn't be bothered to arrange it after promising it. The workers gave it to me but knew nothing about it.I never asked for a refund or work redone. I was on a tight schedule and decided to fix it myself. Some of my filler that I applied reacted with their paint, which I understand made it difficult, but doesn't excuse bending my door, overspray on 3 windows tint side and no paint in the sunroof shut.I hope his service has improved.Oz, I've given you a year to reply to me before I've posted this.
