JTM are a professional freight service company in my opinion. Customer service was very good, admin response time was 9/10 but when they put in 110% with every clients needs, sometimes things may drop off. Very easy to work with and extremely good at their job. Competitive pricing. Good company overall

Terrible experience with JTM Cargo. Be very careful to keep signed quotes, emails and correspondence (as we did), or they will attempt to add random charges to the invoice whilst holding your shipment hostage.We do not recommend JTM Cargo for freight forwarding.

We have been working with JTM Cargo for 6 yrs now and they have managed all our Air Freight for shipping our products around the world. Overall their services have been fantastic. Always reply to messages and calls. Always keep us updated on our overseas shipments and the staff are friendly & helpful. Recommend using their freight services

JTM Cargo made the importation of weekly containers so easy and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From our first meeting with John, we were blown away by their professionalism and their dedication to running a smooth enterprise. They delivered a perfect experience for importing our containers on a weekly basis...and they even made it work despite a last minute origin change. John went above and beyond at every step of the process, from helping with packing our containers to late night calls to customs overseas. Nothing was ever too much for them and they alleviated so much stress. All of the staff were extremely professional and friendly. Such a fantastic company and I use JTM Cargo weekly for our container shipments.
