Always has a good range, cheaper prices and immediate delivery, great staff, always polite and if something is not in stock they will order it straight away so you aren't waiting weeks for it to arrive.

This morning I visited this store with two little ones in tow. Although they were little balls of energy, the staff were welcoming, helpful and overall made my experience enjoyable. Special shout out to Mark who provided outstanding customer service and managed to provide me with great pricing on an LG product along with useful information. We will be coming back for all our future purchases to support this family business!!

Excellent customer service, on all staff members. I like the fact that they do facilitate for you if can. I wanted to buy a certain LG double door knock on fridge freezer where it lights up. They had sold out. So, they offer me a loan fridge, freezer. Hey better then nothing...

Mark and his team wow love coming back to you guys.thank you so much for all the helpful infos about aircon. we are happy to purchase from you's again if only that email coming thru so that we can get the ball rolling lol ... purchased our vacuum here 2021 and it's worth the price that we paid for... great knowledgeable about the products they have in store.Was hoping that there's a Qantas FFP link or FlyBuys ? mmm hopeful though.

We ordered a washing machine and they provided same day delivery. Travis was an absolute trooper in helping get it in the laundry. Will certainly be our number one place to go for appliances moving forward!
