Kat took our first family photos in 8 years and could not have done a better job! She helped us choose the perfect location and great outfits, as we didn’t have a clue! During the shoot she was so kind and encouraging that we all ended up having heaps of fun and really enjoyed the session! Our photos are beyond amazing and we will treasure them forever. Katherine was incredibly clever at just taking shots as we went along – she captured some incredibly natural and fun moments, with great composition. She has such an amazing ability to find the best backdrops!The session was low key and relaxed. We were so comfortable the entire time even when I had to stop mid shoot to breastfeed my little one. Katherine was so easy to work with. We set Katherine the challenge of photographing 6 adults and 4 children under 4, and she did not disappoint. Katherine went to so much effort to make the kids feel comfortable and to work around them. And it paid off. Our shoot was such an enjoyable and memorable experience and we have the most beautiful photos to show for it. We first saw Katherine photographing a family at Coolum Beach a few years back. It looked amazing, so we booked her for a session with our children and grandchildren. I was worried on the day how we could possibly look relaxed as we were in the middle of a very hectic time. But Katherine just made it all happen. With my family growing up fast I wanted to get family photos so I could savoury the memories. When Kat posted she was coming to Sydney I snapped up a spot.
