Never experienced such worst service from a real estate agent before!!! From day 1 it’s hard to reach them for everything! The day we move in, they forgot to tell us there is a remote key door installed in the garage door. And i ended up waiting with my movers for 4 hrs before they manage the key .The house was suppose to be clean and pest free. It’s been 7months we requested for the pest control, after so may calls and emails with pictures and videos they simply decided to ignore now. They even came inspect the property for pests and agreed to arrange one but never did! Broken shower door never got fixed!However you will see the rent is deducted on time from your account they will make sure that!! They don’t care about their tenants at all!!!

I wanna rate more than 5 stars to Ricky. He helps me a lot in getting my new flat, and he dose excellent customers service. I think LH Brown is very luck to have him in the team. However, there was a lady who answered my phone call in couple of times with a very rude attitude, that is why I rate 4 stars for this company. I will make sure to ask her name next time.

We are tenants who had stayed in our rental home in Granville for 3.5 years. During that time our property manager was Stephanie Casado. In short, Stephanie was outstanding! 5 stars! She was always professional, courteous, and prompt to action any urgent repairs that we needed with no fuss. And she was friendly to deal with. Stephanie was a joy to have as our property manager. We wish all property managers could be even only half as good as Stephanie, even then that would be good!

Never seen the bad agency like this. Return the keys more than 2 weeks and still not return bond money. Have been using them for just under 9 months and it has been nothing but a positive experience.All the members from the team that I have dealt with have been nice and helpful, specially Connie from the front desk always friendly and going out of her way to assist.

Worst real estate. Send me fake emails saying I owe weeks of rent. They fail to automatically debit my account for bills then charge me late fee. Took them 10 months to send out handyman to fix toilet fan and water leak in toilet. Worst business people ever, only care about your money.
