We have been visiting and staying here over the course of a year for 3 different work trips (3-6days at a time). Zoe has provided us with excellent service every time and given us great restaurant recommendations. She is a superstar and I am so grateful for her help!!

Loved this place, freshly renovated, near to a train station. Beds are comfy, rooms are nice and so are the staff. Would stay again if I have to visit Brighton again.

My partner and I had a wonderful time! Lovely staff, and very clear check-in instructions (we arrived outside of reception hours). Great location, very close to shops and not a far walk from the beach. We loved the room itself - the layout was great and the room was very clean and comfy. We especially loved the smart tv in the lounge area, as we could access our own streaming services! We’ve stayed in a few different hotels and have never had this before - so so great! Some other reviews mentioned the sounds from the train, and I’m a light sleeper so I was anxious about this, but this wasn’t an issue for us. Could have been the positioning of our room, but we didn’t really hear the trains too much.Our only nitpicks:- There could have been more tableware, we couldn't locate a bowl in the cupboards (but we also didn't ask for one at reception, which we probably should have done)- Instead of one solid king bed, our bed was two twin beds pushed together. This was slightly uncomfortable, but again we did not contact reception to see if this could be changed.All in all, we loved our stay and look forward to returning!

Very clean spacious bedroom apartments with spacious verandahs. Studio rooms are a bit small. I stay here for the location price and cleanliness. It is noisy due to being next to train line. Doesn't bother us but may not be ideal for everyone

Clean fresh apartment. Nice staff.Not a peaceful stay at all. We were on the train line right next to the station. Train horns going every 7-20 minutes from 5am to 12.45am. Also the train station bells going at every stop 24 hours of the stay. We had to cut our trip short as we averaged 3-4 hours sleep. Very sleep deprived.

We stayed for the AUS GP with friends over the course of the whole weekend, and were surprised at the great value! The rooms were much bigger than I expected! The mattresses were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the kitchen had everything you could want? The TV's were a great size too AND there was a second one in the bedroom!? Honestly, super keen to stay there again next year. Additionally, the communication was quick and friendly, the cleaners were delightful when we walked past them in the corridors and said hi and asked if we needed anything. Just so unexpectedly great in every way! Zoe at the front desk served me when there was a last minute booking change and she was lovely and helpful.

I recently booked a one-night stay, and I was quite dissatisfied with my experience. The room was chilly, and despite my efforts to adjust the heater to +30 degrees, it failed to provide any warmth. I contacted the reception, and although the staff member attempted to address the issue by inspecting the heating controls for repairs, the heating still did not function properly. Unfortunately, the lack of heating greatly affected my overall comfort during the stay.

Arrived during a very cold period in Melbourne and my heater didn't work. Room freezing. Flagged it with reception that morning, went out, came back late afternoon, not fixed. Raised it a second time - no one seems to care. The blame game starts.. the girls on reception thought it was ok". Well

Loved our accommodation here. Felt every detail had been covered and provided at quality level. Was much more than we expected. Thought they deserved much higher rating. Which may be down due to train line close by. But rooms have adequate sound proofing. Beds super comfy.
