Any stuff purchased is NOT refundable, even though it was paid 1 minute ago. This policy should be clearly indicated by a big sign on the counter. The stuff member is not well trained.

Only Australian law likes you but none of the customers that you are actually dealing with. No wonder why the business is not doing well. So shame to see someone refuse to refund a few dollars and lose lots of business

This store is managed so bad. The workers don't want to help. I show them a part tell them what it is and it takes over 15 minutes to find if it can be ordered in.All staff don't want to be their, body language tells you. Chewing gum, on personal mobile messaging, your standing their and you would never get, hello

Surprisingly large store with a good range of products. Decent prices that compare favorably with their competitors. The staff were helpful and friendly and know what they are talking about and offer advice and ideas. If they haven't got something in stock they will endeavor to get it for you.

Popped in on the way home from the city on the off chance they had an air con relay for my car. Both of the guys there took the time and effort to find the part but didn't have it in stock. Allowed me to pay for it and pick it up on the way back to port Pirie at the main wharehouse.They couldn't have been more helpful. Old school customer service!Thanks guys
