Not open to the public. The 24hr opening times noted here suggest that the track is open to all - this isn’t the case.I arrived at 10am on a Tuesday morning and everything was complete padlocked up. I checked the website for general admission prices but there are none - you are required to get a casual membership. This should be made more clear on the Google ad.

Box Hill Athletic Club
Came here for a run, really good athletics track that’s maintained very well. It’s open to the public and there’s an option to book it out for private use, which I suspect would be used a lot by schools. If you get here early in the morning, it’s usually free. Will definitely be here on a weekly basis for my track workouts.
