What can I say, it’s an OK place. Nothing terribly bad about it but nothing really good either.I came with 2 friends and I had a Wagyu burger with Swiss cheese and some sweet potato fries.For that price I had better burgers around Sydney. Again, nothing bad about it, but nothing I’d remember or recommend.One thing struck me though: the presentation: the Coke was served in their plastic bottle and my friend’s salad was served in a takeaway bowl. That doesn’t really create a nice restaurant experience…Apart from that, food was OK and service was good. Not a place to avoid, just keep your expectations in check i guess.

Oh Dear how very disappointing. This used to be our go to place to get the best burgers chicken and beef. We used to use delivery service and because we were only 3 minutes away from there in Liberty Grove, it would be there most nights including the weekend within 25 mins. Not tonight though. Ordered a southern fried chicken Burger X 2 and chips at 6pm. The driver turned up with our order at 7 45pm. Not only late but not the same crunchy southern style chicken Burger we usually get. More like a fried chicken patty. Burger was soggy and cold as were the chips. $88 for 2 burgers, definitely not worth it anymore. Very disappointed and very dissatisfied.

Fabulous food and pleasant atmosphere and the staff were nice , only improvment would be that the drinks need to be cold considering what people are paying for them. Available ice otherwise in a glass would improve the overall atmosphere in that addition.

I ordered Old School Cheese and the food that I got looked NOTHING like the picture. They used a completely different bun and everything inside the burger was a lot smaller. It was very disappointing. However, upon bringing up the problem to the server, I was able to receive a new burger that looked soooo much better. I don’t know why they couldn’t just give me the good burger at the first time? Anyway I will not be coming back.

3.6 - Burger was good but didn't quite hit the right spot as I was after something a bit more juicy and fulfilling. Sweet Potato Fries were great though - perfectly crispy, hot and good amount.Service was slow as I had already told her my order but she fiddled for a very long time, pushing buttons on the screen and I handed my money to her when she was ready and she just looked blankly at me and asked me what I wanted! Other staff were extremely attentive to table settings though, which I found interesting...

One of my favourite places to eat, burgers are always delicious, and the staff are always friendly. Never have to wait too long for food. I went with my friend who hasn't had a burger for years as they can't have gluten, but Ribs and Burgers offers gluten free buns. They said it was the best burger they've had in a very long time. Wish more places were as allergen friendly. I'll definitely be back.

Food is great but service is a bit shocking. Restaurant gets really busy around 7PM so come earlier if you can!We loved the pork ribs and burger was also great.

Great place if you are craving the namesake of this place.Order the Ribs and Wings set which came with a side of coleslaw and large bowl of chips. The pork ribs were well cooked making it tender and soft, in addition the BBQ sauce was quite addictive with a sweet & smoky vibe. The peri basted wings were still crispy with a tangy spicy buffalo style sauce.The burger was the bacon and cheese which is customisable on the online menu which meant that you could change the sauces and topping into whatever you would like (an added bonus)Right next to the kitchen is a hand washing station and self serve water tap which was very helpful, along with plenty of bottles of tomato & pink sauce. Not too sure what's inside the pink sauce, but can't say that I'll be going back for more of that.The order in which the food came out didn't make sense, as the chips came about 20 mins after everything else. -.-Good spot to have an inexpensive meal and satisfy your cravings.
