Great location but room was very tired dated and felt unclean the fridge not working first night and no one to contact as office hours finish at 4.00pm not worth the $225 Per Night. 3 Star Rated and thats being genorous.

Very happy with the hotel, room and customer service. Room was clean and Anna at reception was very nice and went above and beyond to text me that an early check in was available at 10am instead of the normal 2pm as she knew I would be out and about for most of the day and night.

Absolute terrible experience after my mother-in-law booking for week stay she was asked to leave 2 days prior to her check out even though she had paid in full she had no way home no transport and doesn't drive management is very poor very rude do not waste your money at this site.

Nice, clean and spacious self-contained apartment. Had everything we needed as a couple. Bed was comfortable but very high. No air-conditioning in bedroom. Perfect position, close to beach, cafes. Good sized outdoor deck. No barbecue on deck. Good sized kitchen. Definitely recommend.

*WARNING BED BUGS!!*Upon checking in the hotel has a musty smell laced with an over powering lemon air freshener.Apartment was spacious with great ocean views.Unfortunately after sitting on the sofa for less than 30 minutes we were attacked by bed bugs. We lifted the cushion up and could visibly see large beg bugs, their eggs, dust/dirt & hair.Upon a deeper inspection of the room there was blood on the bed linen & mould on the roof.We checked out immediately, went to Bunnings fumigated ourselves & luggage. And washed everything at a laundromat.The next morning we received a phone call from the manager accusing us of only checking in to use the in room laundry. If that was the case why would we check in for 5 days and pay upfront??We eventually got an apology after showing photographs and got full refund.

DO NOT STAY HERE!My grandparents stayed here recently in a one bedroom apartment. For $200 a night this was a terrible experience for them. After arriving at the apartment they soon noticed how disgustingly dirty this dump was. There was TONS of dust (on top of the fridge, window sills, skirting boards, the dining table etc). There was long black hair EVERYWHERE!! Trying to attach photos. They spent 4+ hours cleaning almost every inch of the apartment, keep in mind they are 80 years old. If you want to stay in a dump, come here! Overpriced for what you get. When we called and told reception about this issue before cleaning it they told us ‘if you don’t like it, find somewhere else to stay’. Unfortunately they had already paid the full amount and tried to get accomodation else where but there was no availability.

Well let's say on my return, this stay was dismal. we didn't get our room serviced only had one towel and one set of sheets for 10 nights. ran out of toilet paper had to buy our own and the car parking was horrid couldn't fit the family car in there. We had to all pile out then park, hoping the driver could then also exit.The last manager was amazingly wonderful this one very unhappy with, we asked if we could have the air-conditioning looked at and a light globe replaced but was told sorry its a family members birthday you'll have to wait as that's more important.

Thank you for agreat stay we loved our appartment and it was great value . The managers are fantastic. Excellent communications. Very prompt. Will stay again.

Staff friendly, location good and cafe on ground floor has excellent coffee however do not accept a booking if it is for the three bedroom unit 607. The couches are a disgrace for a unit being offered for rental. Both 3 seat couches are unfit for use and should have been at the tip rather than in high priced rental accommodation. We had 4 adults and two children and the only seats fit for use were the kitchen chairs which aren’t very comfortable for watching TV. The bathroom drain has a broken grate and the shower door won’t stay closed which I could overlook if the couches were okay. This landlord does not deserve your business.

To be honest, we had to travel at the last minute, so beggars can't be choosers... However... One towel each for the entire stay, no roll out bed on check in, like we specified, only to then have the bed delivered and we had to make it. No parking for our room, some confusing ritual that you had to follow to find a spot, and even then nothing available. Small kitchenette, however had to sit on the bed to eta as no other furniture in the room. Did I mention ONE TOWEL for the entire visit? Honestly you need both adjoining rooms for any more than a single person. The beds were soft edged and when sleeping with a restless toddler, you fall out all the time. And again... ONE TOWEL for the entire visit. I wouldn't stay here again, but look, beggars can't be choosers.
