After hearing and reading too many reports of home owners left in the lurch by national companies with cheap prices, waiting months for the final completion of the installation, having paid up front, we decided to choose a local company. We were not disappointed. Joff was very personable and helpful. He came to us to explain maters, and helped us through our decision as we learnt about the different systems, feed in rules etc.The Solar Run quote was higher than some others, but we were comfortable with that. They were not overly optimistic with installation date ( they even delivered in advance). They did not require final payment until the installation was complete. And they kept us well informed all the way, including with the smart meter change.All in all, a good experience.I would highly recommend them to anyone here on the Coffs Coast.

Very professional outfit. Battery now installed and operating. Very happy. I understand serious health issues led to an interruption to to communication around date of installation. That is the only reason for less than 5 star review.
