Brilliant prices and absolutely fantastic customer service. They are very responsive to emails and were kind enough to refund a second e-Sim that I accidentally bought for an incompatible phone.The Japan travel e-Sim that I set up on my phone (Google Pixel 6) was very easy to do. I will definitely be using them again for my next overseas trip.

Great SIM cards for good value but what really stood out was the customer service! We bought 2 SIMs and set one of them up incorrectly. We jumped on whatsapp and their customer service rep helped sort it all out within the hour. Highly recommend for peace of mind!

Bought an eSim for my iPhone for USA trip. The eSim was activated on the day I landed in USA, without any issues. My questions were well answered by the customer care even late in the day. I am happy with TravelKon and will choose TravelKon again for my overseas trips. 5 stars.

Was unsure whether to buy a Sim Card when we land in Korea or opt for the eSim from TravelKon. Glad we went with the eSim as we activated it in Australia before we flew out and had access to the internet as soon as we landed. Highly recommend.

I purchased TravelKon's T-Mobile 30 Day SIMs for our USA trip, and they were perfect! Entered the activation date (day before landing) when we ordered them, and as soon as we landed in the US they worked instantly! We had great reception everywhere, fast internet speeds, and even had a phone number linked which was very useful to receive texts/calls during our trip. Very satisfied and highly recommend!!
