I am currently at home isolating with Covid and feel really unwell. I made an online order and originally received a phone call stating they didn't deliver to my address (although I live 7km away and their website says 15km). I then received another phone call from Matthew stating there had been some confusion, and they would be able to organise delivery for the order of medication I had placed. Matthew showed a real sense of community by following this up for me, and really went out of his way to help.

A very helpful pharmacy in Woodend right next door to Coles. Thank you kindly to Pharmacist Jean who helped me out with something quickly. He was pleasant, approachable and no trouble to deal with, as well as his assistants in store.

Express scripts not very express. Pharmacist took my script and said it won’t be long. He continued to serve about 5 other customers after me. I ask how long it’s going to be as I can go next door to Coles and I also said would’ve liked to have been told how long it was going to be, so I’m not standing around waiting.Rude pharmacist and did not offer an apology.

Booked Booster Shot in advance, was then contacted by Sarah the pharmacist, informed they would be out of Moderna Vaccinations by my booking date and offered the opportunity to book earlier. I attended the pharmacy for my new appointment and Sarah was so quick and gentle that I had to question whether I had actually received the injection. Then she was so efficient that my vaccination was uploaded on MyGov/Medicare by the time I arrived home. Great friendly and efficient service.
