I have been dealing with these guys since they opened, the owner is an absolutely unbelievable guy, I have never had a problem with delivery, service and prices. The range and dedication this company offers is an credit to the craft beer industry.If only more companies looked towards the high level and passion that these guys possess, it’s an amazing credit to them all.Well done guys keep up the great work.

Hi I was passing by your store had never been inside so decided to browse. I was greeted warmly by one of your employees, Cassandra I think, I had not really intended buying anything, after a few minutes your employee approached and enquired as to whether she could help. She was so friendly that I ended up leaving with some new craft beers for my husband to try, a very dedicated home brewer,as well as 2 bottles of spirits. Good job and I will be back.

Do not purchase anything from this company. Out of the 3500+ items they advertise, less than 50 are in stock. I was given a gift voucher $50 with a code that does not work and when i asked why, they gave me a new one. It did not work either. I have requested a refund or I see them in court

Selling IPAs that are over 6 months old consistently … STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Disappointed with the 'mystery cases' deal. Received two cases of the same very average beer (tasted like Great Northern). I understand that it was a mystery deal, but there's not much mystery when both slabs are the same. At least would have expected two different types of beer so there's a chance of liking one slab or the other.

Great prices on quality beers. Easy to navigate website.Shame about using Aramex aka “Australia’s worst courier company” to deliver the goods.

I have used these guys a number of times and thought I would give them one more go, as I would have thought the delivery speed may have improved but I was very very wrong. Delivery time is terrible, I ordered my items on the 15/11/22 and they are still not shipped nor have I received any tracking for my items 2 weeks later. I assume by the time I receive my goods it will be at least 3-4 weeks since I placed my order. Other places can diver within a 1-2 weeks, I am really not sure why Craft Cartels delivery takes so long. This will be the last time I use this service, I just hope my delivery is on its way and I have just not thrown my money down the drain.

I've had a great experience with you guys. You've massively broadened the range of beers I've tried and saves me travelling all over the place to find new and exciting beers at decent prices (I don't drive so works awesome for me) Massive range of beers, some amazing deals on them, top notch customer service and on time delivery. So glad to have discovered you a few months ago and never looked back. Hands down the best craft beer supplier I've ordered from and will continue buying beers from you for as long as you are selling them. Thanks for all the tasty beverages! Keep it up, legends.

Was initially stoked to find this website only to be left fairly disappointed. It took 13 days from placing my order to my order being shipped, which naturally meant another 7-8 days (5 business days) to arrive. Wouldn’t have bothered had I known it was take at least 20 days to receive my order, had I known I would have been less lazy and just went to the local bottle shop which stocks a reasonable amount of craft options.

Haven't tried the product but delivery is a disgrace. Website said order before 12 Dec to get it before Christmas. So I did. Received product on the 12th of January.
