Poor customer service. We made a large order through Nick Scali in June to be told it would take 12-16 weeks. Currently still waiting for some of the products to make it to the warehouse. Some have arrived and when I asked for the items that are ready to be delivered I get told I have to pay another delivery fee, disappointing when you pay so much in delivery fees already. Unfortunately we won’t have any furniture in our house for Christmas.

Terrible customer service!Ordered a Sofa on 03rd July and it has been over 5 months and still no update on when actually it will be delivered. Every month when you reach out to their customer service team all you hear is a new delivery date. The customer service is awful and won't even acknowledge your problem. Have been trying to get a number for the Geelong store and wouldn't even give the number. If you are planning to order from beware of their delivery times and poor customer service after you paid your initial deposit. They will never return your deposit even you are waiting for the delivery for the furniture for months and months and not your fault. NEVER EVER!!!

I paid $9000 in January for two small couches and was told unless I receive them on a Monday or a Wednesday I need to engage my own courier and assemble the couches myself.Just be aware that the supply of the furniture you pay a small fortune for depends upon you taking a day off work or asking for a favour from friends or family just because they don’t want to hire enough staff. Im not convinced this is a normal business model.Store Manager at Waurn Ponds was arrogant, dismissive and rude. I was never told they will only deliver on a Monday or Wednesday and when I mentioned this to the manager he asked me for proof as if it was a “gotcha” moment and then accused me of lying.Had I known I needed to take a day off work to accept furniture you pay a premium for, I would have walked out the door.The rest of my furniture will not be from Nick Scali and I will be guiding my friends and family elsewhere.I still do not have my furniture.

I was ready to pay when I told the staff members at the counter I will collect it next week". Her response was "No pick ups

Steer Clear of this company.Have been waiting for 19 weeks so far for 2 lounge suites when I was told 10-12 weeks possibly 14. Every time you ring their number you get through to a call centre and they tell you something different every time.The salespeople don’t care once they’ve got your order you are of no interest to them. Sent email to store management in Waurn Ponds and still haven’t had a reply 3 weeks later. On the 3rd Jan I called and they told me one of my suites was in stock so organised delivery for today 11th January. Arranged to work from home all day but Couches didn’t arrive of course - apparently delivery wasn’t booked in properly. No communication what so ever. Now next delivery time is another 2 weeks away. I have never dealt with any company as bad as this their customer service is the worst I’ve seen. I would never recommend them. I just hope to God that the lounge suites are good quality when they eventually arrive.

Pete the store manager has been great to us! He gave us great prices on great furniture. We ended up furnishing our whole home with Nick Scali, as we love there style and especially their quality. Pete has definitely looked after us and we will continue to shop there!

Pete and staff are extremely accommodating. We had looked at a lot of furniture stores to replace everything in our home as we were due for an upgrade. Pete listened to our criteria and spent a lot of time with us to help us choose the perfect couch, while serving others as well, in a balanced and professional manner. Pete ended up introducing to us a couch that we would never have looked at and it ticked all of the boxes. Naz helped us patiently choose our new dining/bedroom/living room furniture. Other staff were friendly and the store had a friendly atmosphere about it. The quality of the product is just beautiful. We purchased during the sales so very happy with the price reductions. (and when the couch price dropped again 2 days after our purchase, Pete accommodated that price drop) Love that we got to buy Australian wood. Our wait time was reasonable considering the circumstances the world is in now with getting products in. It does hurt a little to pay an amount for each product for delivery but if you calculate the delivery to us and the payment of the drivers it works out reasonable and with us living 3 hrs away it was very convenient. I also like that by getting the products delivered to us, NS will come and pick them up again if something is wrong. Pete's aftercare service has been nothing short of professional and caring. The knowledgeable friendly service that Pete and the team gave us made our shopping very enjoyable!

Paid in full in June and had in writing that the sofa would be delivered by mid September. We were told the furniture was made in a factory in Dandenong, Victoria. Only found out it is made off shore when I rang dispatch because it was late. Sofa was weeks past agreed delivery. Communicating with Geelong store was almost impossible. Lies and excuses. Went into the store a number of times to complain. There is never anyone shopping there and I can now see why. The sofa is great but the company is shockingly run and do not care about the customer. Was promised free delivery but again this was a lie. Still waiting for head office to ring me and refund delivery fee. I will never recommend this company.

Stay away from these thieves. Poor quality furniture and even worse customer service. Still awaiting a replacement piece of furniture from our order in September 2021. Each time a replacement is sent out it’s worse than the last piece. We’ve had 4 replacement buffets sent. It’s beyond a joke. Philippine call centre with even more useless staff than the ones here in Australia.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! You have been warned!!!

16/10 update - one chair arrived with a fabric fault. Do you think I can get anyone to help me now? NO. Sent photos and followed process and they can’t be bothered.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESSZero stars! Took my order, took my deposit - no order forthcoming and I can't get my deposit back to go and buy from somewhere else that will actually deliver. Stay as far away as possible from this place
