Such a special place to practice yoga. The classes are easily accessible for beginners through to experienced yogis, there’s absolutely no judgement or expectation. The teachers are so welcoming and the atmosphere of the studio is both calming and refreshing. Love this place!

I had the most incredible experience here this afternoon.I was very nervous about attending my first session, but I was made to feel so welcome and relaxed and the session itself was fun, engaging, challenging & inspiring all in one.It was a very last minute decision to sign up but I’m so glad I’ve committed because this place is very special.Thank you so much ✨

Amazing studio! Such a beautiful, authentic space with incredible instructors. Being new to the area, and the studio, I’m still exploring all the different classes they have to offer but it’s definitely the sanctuary I look for from a yoga studio - somewhere I can leave my outside world for a time and come out feeling restored and having found my inner peace ❤️

Absolutely love my yoga and pilates classes at wave yoga + living. I found this community around 2 years ago which was my first real introduction to yoga. I love the variety of classes, teachers and the sense of clam you experience when you walk through the studio doors.

It was such an amazing and life changing experience to be a part of the Wave family for a short week. Everything from the sensory experience to the variety of classes was what made this studio so perfect. A special shoutout to Kel who was a really clear and connected instructor with such a great attitude (and singing voice). I left every class fulfilled and relaxed. I will certainly be back whenever I'm next in the area (may have to look at moving).

I always feel amazing after every class, it’s helped with my flexibility, my stress levels and my inner connection. I’m feeling stronger and healthier. Kel helps me start the week slowly and Marley helps me strengthen and sweat. Every class has left me with a smile.
