The guy who looked after me was great. He kept investigating until he found the issues. It wasn't what the other man thought it was the day before so l didn't need the part they got in for me so he swapped that back to my original so I didn't have the extra cost.

Our experience with Ken and his partner has been fantastic. I think it was a bit overwhelming our caravan problem at first as he hadn’t ever struck our problem but Ken kept at it until he got to the bottom of it. Very helpful and nice people. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Very knowledgeable

Needed a new Anderson plug. KC fitted us in early today, Jack was a pleasure to deal with & fitted it quickly which allowed us to move on to the next leg of our trip with no worries.

Traveling through Alice Springs and getting someone to look at my electrical issues is not easy at short notice. Ken was kind enough to spare the time to look into my electrical issues the very next day. Problem was fixed within the hour and now I can safely resume my travels. Great service and great professionalism. Highly recommend.

Rip offs! Do not go here! Scammed a quick $340 off me to tell me that something I already knew and still couldn’t fix it. Got a full service done elsewhere 2 weeks ago for less. Also decided to disconnect my battery for some reason and test it. Now my radio doesn’t work! Told me the battery was at 0 charge and needed a new one for $290, I said no thanks it’s only a 1year old. Went to 2 other places in town to get the battery tested to make sure and they both said it was totally fine! So tried to scam another $300 because they thought I didn’t know better! ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO CHUCK A FEW HUNDRED BUCKS AT THEM FOR NOTHING!

Had a issue with the trailer lights on my caravan. Was 400km out of town and rang couple other places. One told me 3 weeks before they could look at it, another a week. KC Auto said come by at 1pm that day which was a lifesaver as had kids with me and only in Alice for a short period of time. Fixed my issue in 20 minutes. I've completed my 3 month trip since and has held up with no more problems. Highly recommend.

Had a last minute item needed for scrutineering at Finke and was lucky enough to be helped out by these guys. They even stayed open shortly after hours to get us sorted!

After our caravan batteries shorted and burnt out the wiring, this company fit us in straight away during a busy period to fix the problem, that has enabled us to continue on our travels. And they did it at a very reasonable rate, highly recommend.

$120 dollars for 9mins or work…. typical Alice business taking advantage of being in the red centre. Do you self a favour and use one of the mobile guys around town… What these guys don’t know, was the reason I was in town was we where looking for a service provider for a Business to take care of our fleet and racing team.. they have been blacklisted.
