The Pharmacist Jason was so helpful! He gave us timely advice, medicine and supplies that helped ease our toddlers symptoms and recover from a nasty cold. Always greets you with a smile is caring and understanding. My family and I will definitely be making this our family Pharmacy from now on! Thanks Jason

over the ten years I have used this chemist the staff have always been professional and helpful, usually friendly - although not all of them are gushing types! they fill my prescriptions and if they don't have the pills in stock drop them off to me when they come in. That is real Drive-In service!

Girlfriend has been extremely sick and can only use one brand of cough syrup however when she went in she was treated like a drug addict by the pharmacist working at 7:45pm on the 3rd of August, terrible experience won't visit again. Pharmacist was rude, snappy and condescending. Absolutely disgusted.

The weirdest and most uncomfortable experience I've ever had at a chemist. I went to go get my 9 year old sister some conjunctivitis cream and the lady there was astonishingly rude. I told her the symptoms, asked for the cream as my sister had had it before so it was normal procedure. It's a self diagnosed thing, she wasn't even a pharmacist and she harassed me with questions (which I get to a degree) but then made me call my sister and snatched the phone from me and interrogated my young sister. She was so rude I had to run out of the shop and I was genuinely scared she was going to follow me to the car. Literally never going back here. I then walked down to chemist warehouse down the road and got the cream no problem.

I would call it an 'emergency pharmacy' - High Prices but open later than nearly every other pharmacy in perth, You pay for this privileged and that's acceptable

Extremely Disappointed!Retail pharmacy and retail in general is battling globally at the moment and pharmacy is tough!To not even get an acknowlegement a nod or a smile or a friendly hello from either of the staff on duty this morning was a bit of a shock. Especially when we were the only 2 customers in the entire store. To be blatantly ignored was a real eye opener. Even when standing in front of your dispensary.My twin sister; is a local. I was visiting from intestate. I had told her about a number of product's she should purchase. Ball park figure roughly $400 in total. Including skin care; protein powders and supplements.Customers should generally be the purpose of your job not an interruption of your time." So she spent her $ at your opposition."

Disgraceful, deliberately rude middle aged man behind the counter. He was the pharmacist on duty. Im thinking of contacting the owner to seek an apology. Ridiculous prices and a horrible person

I am a long term customer and have found the staff, all of them, to be extremely friendly and helpful people who treat everyone with respect and curteousy. Not sure who wrote the other reviews or their motives but as a genuine customer my experience over the years has been an overwhelmingly positive one. Thank you to all the team for the work you do
