I went to this salon mainly because the one I usually go to was busy and my first experience was not too bad tbh. So two days ago I decide to go back to this salon and I ask the French sns nails. They looked beautiful and had nothing to fault them except for the strength and base of the nail it’s self. Then today two if the nails broke of and I didn’t even notice until I was going to leave my house. My natural nails are now damaged!! Will not be going back to this place. They should honestly be shut down❗️

Yesterday, I visited this salon to get my nails done SNS. but unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with the result. The outcome looks like regular nail polish was applied, and my nails are uncomfortably sharp. I am extremely disappointed that the staff did not listen to my requests or preferences. In addition, my SNS nails were thin and not properly done. Even when I communicated the shape I wanted, the nail technician ignored my instructions and did what she thought was better. This experience has left me feeling upset, especially since I am going on holiday soon with unsatisfactory nails. I spent a lot of money and did not receive the service I wanted, and as a result, I will not be returning to this salon in the future.

PLEASE DON’T LISTEN TO BAD REVIEWS First time going here they got me in straight away after being told by two other salons to go away I’m saying that nicely when i needed to get a lot done before a wedding they were lovely best wax I have ever had so painless and my nails are beautiful they listened to everything I needed done and where so gentle and lovely very clean and organised

I went to get my nails done with my friend, the lady who served me made no attempt to communicate, just told me to sit down and asked me what I wanted. She made me bleed several times which I think my blood squirted onto the table, when she was cutting my Nails to shape them, she cut all of my fingers (with the scissors) instead and didn't even realise, drilled my cuticle open. I will not be coming back here and will not reccomend this place to my friends either.

Amazing service. They took the time to listen to what I was after and worked hard to have everything done for me in a short time frame I had available.

I was thinking i will get the good service for pedicure, and the point why i do this because i want foot relaxation, but the staff didn’t do that, just cut nails, and cleaning cuticles, and polish that’s it, no feet massage. I saw my next customer got feet massage by other staff, so badddddd!!!!!!!!

They overcharged me. Nail length is uneven between each hand :( Poor service, old and worn equipment. Questionable client safety practices (they often forget to sanitise equipment between clients)

I got my nails and pedicure done a week or so back and two of my nails broke today I had paid $70 for my sns and they didn’t even last two weeks. And they told me to come in that they’ll fix it and they did them not even the same literally different pigment levels extremely visible and charged me. They also hurt me while filing my finger was bleeding and acted like normal?! I am never coming back. I do not recommend this place. Also, rude behavior by the staff when I told them they didn’t mention they’ll charge me it’s really disappointing.
