Daniel did a fantastic job with servicing my evap system. He was not only responsive and professional but also helped us decide the next steps in new system installation.

I am lost for words. I am based out of Williams Landing. Never experienced such bad customer experience. I organised a regular service through Metropolitan Air for my first time dealing with them. Last company wont do double story service anymore.The service costed $2000. Thats not my issue, after the service all the techs gave a thumbs up. Halfway through the day turned off the unit and turned on. The unit stopped working. The tech came back straight away no issues ( was happy to see them). Checked the unit again and said cant see no issues and got it working. This morning turned on and same issue another plumber came out and now to tell me some valve and dump tray is now faulty and will cost roughly 4k to fix or 9k to replace unit. They did say will take 2k off the bill of replacement. I wanted the company fix what ever happened for free or give back my 2k. Didnt even last a day. Rang up the head office and no one would budge they mention can give me only 400 back. I asked for 2k or even 1.5K but they mentioned no as they see it as not their issue no more as anything can happen in a day. Now want to go consumer affairs as they should try and rectify the issue.I hardly go online to do negative reviews but now i have a system which served me well till they serviced it and now forcing me to replace the entire system.Damien
