Great cheese cake shop, quick service and it is really worth the money. The cakes taste great (Especially the sponge cakes). The shop is well taken care of.

Never had an issue with their cakes before. Until today. We just got the coffee pecan torte cake from them which is our favorite item from their shop, and the cream inside is all hard, frozen and icy this time. Seems like it was kept in the freezer for a long time. Not impressed! We got it for our kid's 8th birthday.

It’s our go to shop for all our celebration cakes and treats . I had tried coffee pecan torte, tiramisu torte, rainbow cake, mud cake, cake pops , cupcakes and custom made cake too. Always loved their texture and flavours. Recently bought rainbow cake with Cocomelon theme pic on top was incredible, very appealing , moist and yummy. Kids loved it.Thank you The Cheesecake Shop Point cook!

I am very disappointed about the customer service and the quality of products used for my cake. I chose a cake from the fridge and the sales assistant then asked me if the cake was for a birthday, I replied yes and they proceeded to place a plaque on the cake which I never asked for. They then offered to remove the plaque which would then spoil the icing on top. As a result, I had to pay approximately $6 for a plaque that I didn’t ask for. Then, when I arrived home and inspected the quality of the fruit used, I had to remove majority of the black kiwi fruit and strawberries as well as the dried out orange pieces.

Highly recommend this place. Thankyou for the staff at the cheesecake shop featherbrook for making my sons 18th birthday cake. It was perfect as always. Never had a bad experience and order regularly. Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10
