Grant always does a professional job - he's recently done toilet cistern servicing and a gas heater exchange replacement. Thoroughly professional and realistic quotes. Rob recently installed a new Hot Water Service with the same pro efficiency with no dramas. But do ask for the Compliance Certificate and Appliance Booklet as these were not immediately provided. These guys are the best.

I needed to reconnect my washing machine from the laundry to another area of my home so that I could continue to use the machine while water damage repairs (unrelated to the washing machine) were being undertaken within the laundry and other areas of the house through my home insurance company.I had not had previous experience with Rapid. However their advertisement was inviting and their services appeared to be exactly what I was looking for.Belinda answered my call and put me immediately at ease with the assurance that Rapid was well equipped to undertake the task involved and could come to my home very soon.When Rob arrived he also put me at ease with his affable manner and plumbing expertise. He advised me of the ideal place - next to the gully trap to disperse used water, undercover and in close proximity to water taps. Rob completed an absolutely fine job, fitting washing machine extensions, outlet drain hoses and taps in quick time. This was followed with a test operation to ensure that all was working well.I was most grateful as necessary hygene was assured while I continued to live in the house while house repairs were taking place. A copy of the invoice, which clearly stated the work undertaken and the new fittings used was provided to the insurance company.

Just had Rob and Grant install my external gas bayonet on my caravan. Fantastic service and workmanship, super friendly and excellent advice. I highly recommend! Thanks to Belinda for organising it so quickly.

We had water hammer in the taps.The gentleman was able to locate the problem which was coming from the hot water service and fix the problem.He was polite ,courteous and on time. Kept me informed of everything he was doing to try and fix the problem .Would not hesitate in getting them out again if need be.Highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. They respond quickly when ringing with a problem, arrive on time and efficiently do the job. I have had them install split system air conditioning, fix up other work on my old ducted system which was installed by someone else and fix my sewer blockage.
