Baby Junction

My partner and I spent a lot of money here, we were in the shop with just one other customer and were completely ignored by all staff. No one said hello, no one offered to help us. We were wondering around for over half an hour, still no one had acknowledged us. We told one of the ladies we would like to purchase a cot, she didn't want to help us instead told us to wait for her other staff member and continued on with her business. We left and will take our money elsewhere. Hire better staff.

We got most of our nursery furniture from baby junction as well as so so many bits and pieces and its also worth mentioning they are the only retailer in SA that stocks the owlet sock and as an I.pulsshopper I loved I could get it same day.One woman was really rude but I went their to buy not to make friends I guess.They have a huge range of snuggle hunni and Wilson and frenchy which was awesome! I went a bit over board but the quality is amazing.It's definitely higher end stuff but if you have the money I reccomend going here over baby bunting any day.

I'm sorry I ever walked into this store and spent thousands of dollars on baby strollers, room furniture, and everything else I bought from them. I have a very ugly experience directly with the owner. an item that is foulty and has holes in it after 2 hours of wear, in any other store they will give you an exchange or refund without question. I got an explanation from the person in question that she doesn't know what my baby was doing for that to happen. moreover, she didn't even want to leave the back, but the worker carried on the conversation. After that, I contacted the brand directly and explained what happened, sent pictures of the item and Baby Junction's fiscal invoice. can you believe it, people sent me their product for free. don't waste your time and money in this store, you can order everything online with much better options, the lady who owns the store is just a plain old ****** who has no idea how to run a business!

Friendly lady served me today and opened the door for me and my little one with our pram. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock so they called the other store on Anzac highway store and the girls there held it for me. Both stores had lovely staff

Terrible customer service and not covid safe.My wife and I attended (31/03/22, 4pm) trying to buy a carrier for our newborn.We were the only ones in the store and the two staff members, neither of which were wearing masks (as is currently legally required), had no interest at all in helping us.We approached them to ask about a specific carrier to which they confirmed they probably had one out the back.Didn't bother to confirm, didn't bother to go and get it, didn't offer to get it, just kept doing their thing.So yeah, if you want staff who don't put your safety first and don't want to serve you, go here.Very disappointing.

Absolutely fine to deal with during purchase, but heavens forbid you should have any issues down the line. Absolutely no care for loyal customers and more than eager to regurgitate a company line excusing any defect. We now have a nursery full of defective products and Baby Junction don't want to know about it. Just spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Not a pram friendly place unfortunately; they have 2 small push doors which also had steps, none of the 3 staff offered me help when trying to get a pram in the store, which is ok but they watched me struggle soo.Customer service was also awful, When i entered I said hello to 3 ladies; none of them offered a greeting or any help during the 20 minutes I spent looking at sleep suits. Left for baby bunting, which had excellent service and didn't make me feel unwelcome.

Very rude customer service.I spend so much money at this business and if its comes to payments and collecting money they a quick. But if a customer has a question they response is terrible. They treated me so rude over the phone and tried to get rod of me instead sorting my problem out. I’m serious thinking not to order anything from this business anymore. My nursing chair would be my last order. Its a shame because they do have good baby stuf. I worked in Retail business over 20 years and its not the way a business should treat customers. Maybe uour employees need a good training for customers service and deal with problems because they always going to happen in the Retail industry and you will always face complaints and its good to be prepared get trained to provide excellent service and keep your loyal customers happy and it is part of being Retailer. So disappointed withe the way you treat your clients.

I contacted Baby Junction after searching for a particular portacot that has been discontinued. After having not much luck anywhere else, they got back by email saying they had one left and they could send it to NSW, no problems.After placing my order, I waited a week and it arrived at my doorstep this morning. It was a very straightforward transaction and I’m really happy with the portacot.Thanks Monique for your help and for getting back to my emails so fast. I highly recommend Baby Junction and thank them for such an easy transaction!

Amazing customer service, felt so welcomed as soon as we entered the store. Staff were very knowledgeable about their products. Great selection of products in the store. Will definitely recommend to everyone.
