It's very difficult for anyone how to choose right solar retailer and installer. Out of many retailers, I choose unique solar solutions because I know if something goes wrong, Ank will be a one call away. His knowledge and experience with domestic solar industry is second to none. The customer service and customer experience from first consultation to final handover is exceeding my expectations. Can't recommend.

Absolutely averageAnswer everything you ask as they try to lure you in but once they install and start taking payment all the answers stop and the excuses begin.Look around before committing don't get fooled like I did

After reviewing many different companies, we decided to go with Unique Solar Solutions due to Ank’s customer service and very personable interaction. Ank had a high level of knowledge and was able to explain everything in Laymans terms. I would highly recommend Ank to chat regarding the installation of solar. I have contacted Ank on several occasions since the installation, and he has been more than willing to answer any of my questions. It has been very reassuring, knowing he is just a phone call away and able to provide the guidance required. The only thing we found that could be improved on was that Unique Solar Solutions could provide a list of fees both before and after installation. Extremely professional company to deal with. Very honest and genuine sales team who followed up with their proposal in a helpful and insightful manner. Installation was quick, clean and extremely professional tradesmen who installed the system without any disruption to our day. Independent inspector was highly complimentary of the installation when he audited the system. Highly recommended.
