Useless Business DO NOT USE!!! . Took them a broken lead in for replacement. Greg ordered the incorrect part. So I took it back for replacement. Took 2 months and heaps of missed calls for nothing to happen. I still had to pay for the incorrect part. STAY AWAY!!!!

Greg and Michelle have been very helpful.A no BS approach and don't over charge like some other businesses we had engaged with.They are a smaller operator and busy but that's because the owner does the work himself and they are on demand due to their great service.

Do not use these guys. Terrible customer service, they did a repair on one of our machines but it failed and then it took weeks of unanswered phone calls and texts to get it rectified. This cost our business money as our production suffered.
